About the company in brief
Doktorse Nordic AB (”Doktor.se”) is one of Europe’s largest digiphysical healthcare companies. The company was founded in 2016 with the ambition to increase efficiency and improve accessibility in the healthcare sector. The Doktor.se group now has around 650 employees and we employee additional approximately 290 people on a consulting basis.
Doktor.se’s business idea is by making the first contact with the healthcare digital it will enable to save both capacity and resources for the individual and society as a whole. More patients will receive care faster, at the same time as traditional healthcare is unburdened, which frees up resources for patients who actually needs an in-person consultation with the healthcare system.
The employees at our digital and physical primary care centres includes nurses, specialist nurses, general practitioners, specialist physicians, psychologists, counsellors, physiotherapists, dieticians and rehab coordinators. As of 31 December 2021, the company operates in Sweden and Germany, but has the goal of expanding within Europe using the company’s digiphysical healthcare model. Also the company will make acquisition of existing primary care centres and establishing our own new primary care centres.
As of 31 December 2021, the company had 1,079,374 users and 130,029 listed patients.
Doktor.se is also expanding globally by licensing the in-house developed platform. Cooperation is taking place with market leaders in markets that are not the company’s core markets. The number of users of the licensed platform is in excess of 1.1 million and the platform is currently being used by customers in Brazil, Norway, Denmark, the Netherlands, South Africa and Belgium.
