Doktor.se becomes telemedicine platform supplier to Belgium’s largest telco, Proximus

Stockholm, Sweden, May 18 2021: The healthcare industry has been greatly affected by the pandemic and the digital transformation has accelerated over the past year. The deployment and uptake of ehealth services, along with emerging technology breakthroughs, is leading to a digital surge in healthcare. Doktor.se, a leading provider of telemedicine platforms and one of Sweden’s largest digital healthcare providers, today announces a strategic partnership with Proximus Group.

Proximus Group, one of Belgium’s main providers of digital services and communication solutions announced today that it will launch the digital healthcare app Doktr before summer. “The Covid-19 pandemic has made us all realise the importance of a solid, agile and futureproof healthcare system in Belgium,” says Guillaume Boutin, CEO at Proximus Group . “It is time to unlock the benefits of digital transformation and allow innovation in healthcare to flourish. Doktor.se’s platform allows us to leverage smart digital tools and fundamentally rethink the Belgian healthcare system.”
